Assuming all Mega evos hit a mark (e.g. all non-pseudo legendaries hit 600 base, all psuedo legendaries/legendaries hit 680, and all legendaries hit 700), we can both assume Deoxys will have 680 base stats. All his stats could be 114 while his HP is at 100z Ability could be Moody to give it that sense of it trying to cope with all forms at once.
